Les solutions logicielles d'EPLAN fonctionnent parfaitement ensemble pour créer la base de données centrale pour tout votre process de chaîne de valeur : étape par étape, le jumeau numérique du produit initial est créé comme un modèle de données cohérent. Les données 3D de haute qualité représentent le logement et les accessoires du prototype virtuel. Ces données sont complétées par des informations sur les composants et le câblage spécifiques au projet. Dans le cadre de ce process, toutes les données d'ingénierie sont disponibles dans un environnement de solutions centralisé qui peut également être consulté dans les étapes de process en aval. De cette façon, même la personnalisation de masse peut être automatisée et mise en œuvre de manière rentable.
Spécifications techniques
Le fabricant de boîtiers et d'appareillages de commutation reçoit des données clients et les valide en ce qui concerne la disponibilité des données d'articles, leur exhaustivité et leur adéquation pour tous les process ultérieurs, par exemple en matière d'ingénierie et de préparation du travail. Vérification & correction
La schématique est vérifiée pour sa conformité aux normes, son exhaustivité et son exactitude avant d'être rendue disponible pour les process ultérieurs. De cette manière, les erreurs dans ces derniers, comme par exemple dans la désignation univoque de composants ou dans la description complète de connections électrique peuvent être évitées. Idéalement, cela s'effectue automatiquement avec l'aide du logiciel ECAD.
