Teilnehmen darf jede volljährige, natürliche Person. Mitarbeiter der Friedhelm Loh Group sowie der dazugehörigen Unternehmen und deren Angehörige dürfen leider nicht am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Die Ermittlung des Gewinners erfolgt durch EPLAN. Ermittelte Teilnehmer werden telefonisch, per E-mail oder schriftlich per Post oder Fax benachrichtigt. Jeder so benachrichtigte Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, EPLAN unverzüglich mitzuteilen ob er den Gewinn annimmt. Eine Barauszahlung des Gewinnwertes und ein Umtausch des Gewinns sind ausgeschlossen.

General Competition Conditions

All natural persons of full age may participate. Employees and relations of employees of the Friedhelm Loh Group and businesses belonging to it may not participate in the competition. Legal action is precluded. The winner is selected by EPLAN. Selected participants will be notified by phone, e-mail, or in written form by post or by fax. All participants notified in this manner are obliged to inform EPLAN whether or not they accept the prize. A cash payment for the value of the prize and an exchange of the prize are precluded.
